Joel Cole Construction does excellent work. They saved our rental property. The building was leaning and needed to be jacked up and new support posts installed. The house is a 3 unit two story with an above ground basement. They had the posts specially made to fit the antique posts they were replacing. The job was done seamlessly in one day with no residual damage to the property.
No cracked windows or anything. The cost of the
work was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any
big jobs you need to have done to your building.

Joel's team just finished up a bathroom remodel for us. The
bathroom looks great. New Quartz counter tops , new shower with
porcelain tile and beautiful frameless glass door. The main guy
that worked on the job was so professional and it was so easy to
have him in our home. We are planning another job soon and Joel
Cole construction will be the one. I would definitely
recommend this company. We have continued to use them for many
jobs. The price quoted is always perfect unless I change the
order and work to be done. They seem to be able to do
floors, painting, theatre rooms, bathrooms complete, cabinets

In fall 2018 we decided we wanted to add a small deck to the backyard of our home in Elma, WA. We wanted it to be professionally done. We contacted Joel Cole construction after I read some positive reviews. They very quickly did the first estimate. They did try to save us some money by specifying the lower end Trex composite decking but I wanted the high end Trex. I went to the materials supplier in Olympia and picked out the board and color myself and let Joel Cole know my selection. They promptly re-did the estimate within just a few days. They also spent time going over our wishes for the deck and were very helpful with a couple of design questions. We agreed and paid 50% down. The price was in the moderate-high category but it seemed appropriate for the level of professionalism they displayed. They were conservative with their timeline and said it would be 3 months minimum before work started.
Well before 3 months had passed, they called and said they could start
work early, and wanted to get my deck done by Christmas for us.
I was very impressed and thankful. They sent a crew of very
professional and courteous guys who built a fantastic deck exactly to
our specifications. Sometimes the guys were working in the
pouring rain, and they only took a few days off because it was just
too wet. The deck was completed within a 2 week time span.
Fantastic service. Nice people. We will certainly use them again!

with which to express what amazing work Joel Cole Construction
recently performed on our home. After having sustained
four feet of water in our basement and two or three feet in our
garage during the January flood, our home was in desperate need
of repair. Having known Joel from church for several
years, we phoned him and asked him if he could assist us in
getting the necessary repairs made. Despite the fact that
he was already incredibly busy and bogged down with work, Joel
managed to fit us into his work schedule. His highly
experienced crew were on time (or early) every day and conducted
their work expeditiously, professionally and knowledgeably.
We couldn't possibly be any happier or more satisfied with the

We hired Joel Cole Construction to re-model the kitchen in
our cabin, install interior doors and correct electrical code
problems with the property. The service from his company
was excellent in all respects. The cost estimates were
prompt and complete. Joel responded promptly to our
questions and his work crews arrived on time as scheduled.
Joel provided several design recommendations that improved the
functionality of the kitchen. The completed cabinet work fit the
kitchen area perfectly in a space that was not exactly square
nor plumb. At the completion of the work the job site was
promptly cleaned and all waste materials removed from the site.
